About this event

Do your manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering teams ever need to create high quality 3D models from existing parts? How about getting precise measurement data on complex parts and comparing it to a quality spec or CAD model?

Have you seen those grey and blue "Faro" arms at a trade show or someone else's site (or maybe your own site!) and wondered what they can do?

If you said yes to any of these questions, then come join us for the next Tech Tuesday on May 9th to learn just how versatile and productive these arms can be (hint - these arms do a lot more than most people realize). Faro will be visiting the Buffalo Manufacturing Site to give a crash course on using CMM arms and to show how they can be incorporated into your workflow. The benefits of high accuracy laser scanning for QC will also be discussed, as will options for reverse engineering.

You'll have an opportunity to test it for yourself, ask all the questions you like, and of course spend some time networking with other local manufacturers. Feel free to bring sample parts with you to this event so you can test them with the Faro arm! See you soon.
